Structure:

5″x 2″, 14-Gauge welded steel frame, mounted on a heavy reinforced welded steel chassis and finished with poliurethane two parts paint for lasting durability.

Structural and Weather Sheating:

The whole structure ( walls and roof ) is Draped with Zip System panels, providing a hard shell and the best weather-resistant seal.

Insulation:

Walls, roofs, and floors are thermally and acoustically insulated with 5″  high-density fire-retardant polystyrene foam (R-25).

Underlayment:

A 22 gauge galvanized sheet beneath the floor insulation replaces the typical plastic liner or OSB found in most tiny houses on the market.

Siding:

Exterior walls are clad in durable painted fiber cement boards. mantenance-free simulated wood fiber cement boards in diferent tones are used to contrast the volumes.

Roof:

Durable, fire-resistant, low-maintenance, lightweight, pest-resistant, and corrosion-resistant 22 gauge electropainted metal roof.

Electrical Systems:

The electrical wiring is enclosed in conduit for enhanced safety and ease of future repairs. LED light fixtures are included, along with two-way switches in the living room and bedroom, and an extra electrical outlet for mounting a second TV in front of the bed.

Pre-installed conduits for solar panel installation ( if requested).

Plumbing Systems:

The hydraulic installation features PEX piping and fittings, along with sanitary piping in PVC and separate black and gray water drainage systems for recycling purposes.

Interior Walls & Ceilings:

Interior walls and ceilings are covered with MDF removable panels (in case of repair ) finished with polyurethane for enhanced durability. These panels are also primed with polyurethane on the backside for added humidity protection.

Furniture:

Queen size bed and nightstand (They feature casters to make it easier to access and make the bed on the side that is against the wall).

Closets and Cabinets:

Closets, Kitchen and bathroom cabinets are made from waterproof non scrach melamine with  MDF drawer fronts and doors finished inpolyurethane. Drawers feature extension slides and cabinet doors are equipped with kitchen-type hinges.

Kitchen:

Quartz countertop, Single-handle contemporary water faucets in the sink, included (Cooktop, Oven, Range hood and Garbage disposal).

Bathroom:

The shower is enclosed with ceramic-tiled floor and walls, and a tempered glass door. Single-handle contemporary water faucets in the vanity, and shower, American Standard WC, space and instalation for a 24″ all in one Washer-Dryer unit (not included).

Build in Furniture:

Made from MDF and finished with polyurethane. Drawers feature extension slides and cabinet doors are equipped with kitchen-type hinges.

Openings:

The entry door, sliding doors, and bathroom window showcase premium aluminum profiles, They feature double-glazed tempered glass and sliding mosquito screens for added convenience.

Floor:

Durable, scratch-resistant, and waterproof vinyl flooring with a wood-like appearance in all the areas.

Security:

Yale High-Security Digital Smart Lock with remote access control, complemented by Ring wired video doorbell.

Deck:

Long-Lasting DECK with TREX decking composite boards over a low manitenance metal frame, equipped with an electric lift mechanism for added convenience. The staircase and supports are included and made from the same materials.

Appliances and Equipment:

Included are a 2-burner stove (gas or electric), range hood, oven (gas or electric), 1-1/2-ton mini-split air conditioner, gas or electric water heater, and an under-sink garbage disposal, and one fire and carbon monoxide alarm are included

Trailer:

Our Custom-Built Trailer allows the unit to be detached and placed on the ground (where local regulations permit), The trailer comes equipped with electric brakes, lights, a tongue jack, and other essential features. The trailer tongue can be detached. To ensure proper leveling of the tiny house, it is fitted with four leveling jacks.

Not Included:

Fridge, Washer-Dryer, Microwave, Bar stools, chairs, Queen size bed mattress, TV and décoration are not included.
