Typically, it takes us 3 to 4 months, depending on the current production schedule. A more specific delivery date will be provided before you place your order.

We handle the delivery only. Upon request, we can provide a quote for setup services (leveling, detaching the trailer tongue, unfolding the deck, etc.). However, we do not connect the utilities. This must be done by a certified local technician.

Normally, yes, unless you're placing it in an unzoned or rural area. Many cities are becoming more tiny house-friendly, and it’s usually not a big deal to get a permit. However, we strongly recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order. We’ll be happy to provide any information you need, but we don’t handle the permit application process.

Sorry, currently we do not offer in-house financing. Payment is structured as follows: A 30% deposit is required when placing your order, followed by two additional 30% payments. The final 10% is due upon delivery and acceptance of the unit.

Most of the work is done in Mexico, allowing us to take advantage of the highly skilled and cost-effective labor enabled by the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). The majority of materials and components are sourced from the USA. The unit is then finalized in Texas, where it undergoes a certified inspection before delivery.
